Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Only two no-shows are allowed in a six month period. After two no shows, any future appointments must be paid for at the time of booking. Failure to show up for your appointment after it has been pre-paid, will result in forfeiture of your payment for that session, which means, no refund will be rewarded at any time. Please try to make a conscious effort to call if you cannot make it to your appointment.
Frequent, last minute cancelations (last minute means within one hour of your scheduled appointment time) may also result in the requirement to pre-pay for your appointment. Your ratio of appointments attended vs. appointments canceled and/or appointments no-showed will be taken in to consideration and left up to the discretion of the Therapists.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
